Serbia, of our players Brankica Mihajlovic, Bojana Zivkovic, Tijana Malesevic, Ana Bjelica and Ana Antonijevic, coached by Zoran Terzic, the 2016 Olympic Games silver medalists, celebrated 3:1 (25:18, 25:19, 16:25, 27:25) after 110 minutes of game.

Ana Bjelica was the second best scorer of Serbian team with 12 points. After the match Serbia coach Zoran Terzic said: "Facing Italy is always tough.
