Ana Yilian Cleger best opposite of CEV Champions League F4

Great Romanian team lost the final game of the CEV Champions League F4, but in two days they showed great team spirit and fantastic game in the semifinals when they dominated over Galatasaray Istanbul in four sets.

Today, in the finals of F4 CS Alba Blaj, of our players Petya Barakova, Ana Cleger, Tijana Malesevic and Natasa Krsmanovic was defeated by unstoppable VakifBank 3:0 ( 25:17, 25:11, 25:17). For the first time one Romanian women's team played for the Champions League title and confronted mighty opponent - Vakifbank who won the title for the fourth time in history and second in a row. That maybe could be the reason for Alba's nervous performance tonight.

However team from Blaj made huge achievment for Romanian volleyball and takes the silver medal of Champions League home. Our member Ana Yilian Cleger was awarded as Best opposite player of CEV Champions League Final Four.
